Let us know if you need bartenders, ice, garnishes, mixers, disposables, etc for your event. We can help! Bartender staffing charge when a tip jar is allowed: $35.00/hour. Bartender staffing charge when no tip jar is allowed: $40.00/hr.

Trip Fees

Usually the trip fee ranges from $50.00 to $200.00 based on the distance from our restaurants and the number of staff and vehicles attending the event.

Booking Us / Deposits

An electronically signed contract books your catering order with us. We ask for a deposit of ⅓ of your anticipated total 30 days before your event, and a final payment 2 weeks before your catered event.

Staffing

Buck & Honey's will provide enough staff to provide you and your guests a wonderful experience. For a staffed event we include a 24% service charge on the invoice to account for the administrative and staffing costs associated with executing a great staffed event. Drop off catering orders are subject to a service charge of 19%. Catering orders that are picked up from one of our restaurant locations are subject to a 4% administrative fee. If staffing is requested for an order with a food/beverage subtotal less than $2,000, $30/hour will be charged for any needed servers.

Rental Items

China plates, flatware & linen napkins are available to rent for $4.50/person. Water glasses, water carafes & water service is available for $3.00/person. Limited banquet tables are available to rent for $10.00/ea. 85x85 and 90x90 table linens are available for $8.00/ea. Elegant Disposables (China-like disposable plastic plates, and utensils rolled in a cloth-like napkin) are available for $2.00/guest. You may also provide your own dishware.

Vendor Meals

Please note some vendors require meals in their contracts. Buck and Honeys will provide up to six vendor meals. These vendor meals must be requested at least 14 days prior to your event. Additional meals may be purchased.

Allergen Meals

Buck and Honey's is happy to provide allergen-friendly meals for your wedding. We will try to use as many items from your chosen menu as possible. Please note not every dish can be made allergen-friendly. In this case, a separate dish would have to be chosen for allergen meals. We are not an allergen-free kitchen and there is a risk of cross-contamination.

Tastings

We offer monthly group tastings from 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm at our Sun Prairie location(804 Liberty Blvd.). The menu will be curated by our chefs with our most popular items. There will be 6 appetizers, 6 entrees, and 6 sides that you and your guests will have the opportunity to try. Up to 4 guests may attend the tasting per party. There is a $240 tasting fee.

Priced Per Person. Minimum 20 servings per type of appetizer. Stationary Set Up and Disposables Included. Butler passing service available for an additional $2/guest.
